Wok is basically a vessel which was originated in China, and thus was initially used in making spicy Chinese delicacies. Purple wok Co. serves authentic Chinese Noodle and Rice based preparations tossed with fresh veggies and in-house made sauces.
These are the 5 easy steps to customise your own wok :
You get three choices of base – Rice, Hakka Noodles & Flat Noodles. Rice and Hakka Noodles are locally found and they use optimum quality of the same.In the case of Flat Noodles, it is not easy to find them locally so they are imported from Mumbai as well !
Fourteen different arrays of vegetables are available to choose from. Some of the most uncommon veggies include Bok Choy, Bean Sprouts, French Beas, Zucchini, Red Cabbage etc. Bok Choy is an unusual type of Chinese cabbage commonly found at exotic Chinese delicacies.
Yummiest part of your wok, these protein filled chunks of Paneer, Chicken, Basa Fish or Prawns are added to your meal to make it nutritious and tastier. They ass yummy base fish, which is quite rarely found in the city !
All the base, veggies and proteins are tossed in appetising sauces which are prepared and imported from their master kitchen at Mumbai. You get to select from 13 different sauces, some of which are also exclusively prepared for Jains, that is without onion and garlic. - Choose Rice base in Schezwan and Hot Chilli sauces with all the exotic veggies. Top it with spring onions & Pranuts to get the balance of spiciness and neutral flavours.
- Flat Noodles cooked in Kung Pao and Hunan sauce with Broccoli, Bok Choy and Mushrooms. Top it with some sesame seeds and spring onion.
